NJ DANCE TO INSPIRE

Starting a business is everything they say it is — scary, intimidating, rewarding, and challenging all at once. For me, it began with one simple dream: to open a dance studio where children could not only learn to dance, but grow in confidence, connection, and joy.

After graduating college, that dream led me to a tiny little room in Mahwah, New Jersey. I worked full-time while living at home and taught dance each evening starting at 4 PM. My very first class held just six students — six small faces that meant the world to me. Those early days were never about the size of the studio or the number of dancers. They were about purpose.

NJ DANCE TO INSPIRE WAS NEVER JUST ABOUT TEACHING DANCE — IT WAS ABOUT BUILDING CONFIDENCE, CREATING FRIENDSHIPS, AND NURTURING HAPPINESS.

NJ Dance To Inspire has never been about being the biggest or the most competitive studio — it’s about creating something deeper: a warm, welcoming environment where dancers feel truly valued, supported, and encouraged, and a community built on connection and care rather than pressure or comparison.

Our Heart

What makes our studio truly special is the heart behind it. The relationships we build, the confidence we nurture, and the safe space we provide for kids to grow mentally, emotionally, and physically — that is our greatest success.

If I could leave one piece of advice for anyone dreaming of starting something — whether it’s a business, a new path, or simply stepping into your passion — it’s this:

Know your worth. You are more precious than jewels. Believe in yourself. Stay humble. never be afraid to take risks.

Those principles have guided NJ Dance To Inspire from a six-student classroom to a thriving community — and they continue to lead us forward every day.

MISS GIANNA

  • Hi Dance Parents! My name is Gianna! I’m a 20-year-old dancer who has been training and competing since I was 8 years old. I’ve been dancing with Miss Nichole since the very beginning of my dance career. Dance has always been a huge part of my life and has helped shape who I am both on and off the stage. I’m currently a nursing student at William Paterson University, balancing school with my love for dance. Whether I’m in the studio or in class, I bring passion, dedication, and a strong work ethic into everything I do!

NJ Dance To Inspire is more than a dance school — it’s a family.

Built on passion.
Driven by love.
Grounded in purpose.

And while the studio may grow and evolve, one thing will never change: the heart behind it all.
